Join our team and support our local and national businesses by dispatching after-hours medical and service emergency calls. This is not a sales position! There are no outbound sales calls, no quotas. We are here to help connect people with medical concerns and service issues to people that can assist with emergencies and questions. A positive, upbeat attitude, compassion and the drive to help people are a must!
The right person will be an outstanding communicator able to multitask, handle stress, write, spell and speak professionally and function well as a team player. Positions are primarily afternoon/evening positions and all schedules include weekends. Schedules are based on Eastern Standard Time.

Please note, we do not have “rotating” weekends, they are fixed and a requirement of the position, additionally we require a minimum of four holidays worked per year.
